You can book online, by phone, or by messaging us directly. We recommend booking early—especially for weekends and holidays. All bookings MUST be approved before posted to the schedule.
Sharp objects, improper surfaces, pets/animals, silly string/confetti/glitter, food/drinks, overcrowding, shoes worn by jumpers, and rough play, like wrestling, flips, and climbing on the walls, can all lead to the destruction of an inflatable.
No. Dry Inflatables SHOULD NOT be used with water. each inflatable will indicate whether they can be used with water or not.
In most cases, we set up and leave, but for larger events or specific rentals, attendant services are available upon request.
Some inflatables are designed just for kids, while others can handle teens and adults. Let us know who’ll be using it, and we’ll help you choose the right one. Also, in the product description for each Inflatables, the general age group is mentioned.
Each unit has different space requirements. We list the dimensions on our website, and we ask that you allow extra room around the inflatable for safety and setup.
Delivery is free within a 25 mile radius of Jefferson, GA. Outside that area, a small travel fee may apply. We'll confirm that when you book.
We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt—but usually not on gravel or dirt. Let us know the surface type when booking so we can bring the proper anchors. Sandbags can be used if they are setup indoors. The surface will need to be indicated when quoting is done.
Yes! Setup, takedown, and pickup are all included in your rental. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Most rentals are for the full day—typically up to 8 hours. Need more time? Just ask about extended rental options.
Yes, we’ll need access to a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup location.
No, we take your reservation without requiring a down payment. Any balances for a rental is due 48 hrs prior to the event but can be paid ahead of time though. Cancellations done less than 24 hrs prior to the event will be subject to forfeiting 25% of the payment, plus the transaction card fee.
Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental to ensure a safe and clean experience for your kids.
Yes, all our equipment is fully insured and meets or exceeds all safety standards.
