Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Reservations: All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Times and dates of each event are held in good faith at no charge. Balance Payment: The balance is due 48 hours prior to the event, but can be paid ahead of time. We accept major credit cards, Venmo, and cash (exact change required). Minimum Rental Time: Rentals require a minimum of 4-6 hours. Additional hours can be added for an extra fee. Set-Up & Delivery: We arrive 30-90 minutes before your event to set up. Please ensure access to power and clear space at the setup site. We try to avoid setting up on dirt or jagged rock surfaces. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before 24 hrs prior to the event: Full refund, minus the card transaction fee, is issued or the option to reschedule is provided, if the balance is paid ahead of time. Cancellations less than 24 hours of the event: 25% of the deposit, plus the card fee, is forfeited. 50% payment may be forfeited depending on circumstances. Weather-related cancellations: If unsafe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.) is forecasted, we allow rescheduling or full refund, minus the card transaction fee, up to 12 hours before the event. Customer must notify us; we do not cancel automatically. Waitlist Policy: If your preferred date or item is fully booked, you may request to be added to our waitlist. We will contact you in the order requests are received if a cancellation occurs or equipment becomes available. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee availability, so we recommend securing your second-choice option in the meantime.
